Camilla only works with clients 3 sessions at a time (or longer) as you need at least three sessions in order to start seeing good results.
3 ONE-TO-ONE SESSION PACKAGE
Three 1:1 sessions where I give you my expertise for an hour in a video call. In the first session we establish what has been happening, what you have tried, and where you’d like to be. In the second session we establish an action plan that feels good and manageable for you to get you to where you want to be. The third session is where we see how it’s going, unpack any obstacles or hurdles that have come up, and form a strategy for you to keep moving forward.
