Here is a collection of recipes that are dear to my heart.

I will never tell you what to eat, or even what to feed your children – YOU know your body and your children’s needs better than anyone else.

However, I am sure that there is one thing we can agree on. Unless someone has a specific need, allergy, or intolerance, then clean fruits, vegetables, and unprocessed foods are by far the healthiest option.

So enjoy whatever you decide to eat, and listen to your body because it knows best. It will tell you what is good for it, and when it has had enough food.
